1. How to place an order?
You can follow the below steps place an Order with us.

2. Select the product and “ADD TO CART”
3. When you prompted with a alert message, press “Checkout”
4. Verify the product
5. Press either “New Account” or “Guest Check out”
6. Enter your Email, First name, Last name, & Password (In case of new customer)
7. Enter the delivery address
8. Select the delivery date & time
9. Enter the gift message
10. Accept the Terms & Conditions
11. Select the payment mode and complete the order
12. For online payment it will redirect to the Secure payment gateway
13. Enter your card detail and after successful process you will redirect again to Thank you screen
14. Check your email for Order confirmation

5. Do you store the Credit/Debit/Net Banking Details?
No, we will not store any of the Credit/Debit/Net Banking details.
6. My transaction could not be completed, but why my account has been debited?
For unsuccessful transaction eg Payment failure / Incomplete transaction where your account has been debited but there is no order confirmation from Sendcakesroses. In such case the debited amount will be automatically re credited back into your account in 5 to 20 business days. Further you are always welcome to call our Customer Service at +91-9600052721 / Email us for any clarification.
7. Why there is difference in amount in my invoice sent from Sendcakesroses and that in my Credit card statement?
We charge order value only in Indian Rupees. This may cause a slight variation in the equivalent currency due to the fluctuation in conversion rates.
8. Whether Order will be accepted through Phone/Email?
The order will be accepted through Phone/ Email for only payment through Bank deposit.
9. Whether Cash on delivery available?
No, the cash on delivery option is not available. We accept payment through Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking/Cash card and Bank deposit.
10. What is My Account?
"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Sendcakesroses. Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.
11. What is a Wish List?
The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across Sendcakesroses and store them for future access and convenient purchases subsequently. You can even allow your friends / relatives to access your Wish List to help them gift you items of your interest.
12. What does "Send to a Friend" mean?
All items at Sendcakesroses have a "Send to a Friend" option. Using this, an email is sent to your friend on your behalf, with the product details.
13. What about other taxes like sales tax?
All product prices on Sendcakesroses are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the product to account for sales tax.

15. Whether schedule date delivery is available?
Yes, schedule date is applicable for cakes, sweets, savouries, flowers, chocolates and combo gifts. For all other products including product delivery from other region schedule date is not applicable.
16. Whether product will be delivered on schedule time?
We will try our best to deliver the gift within the time range specified by the customer during the check out. However, we cannot guarantee 100% due to the difficulties beyond our control.
17. where I can give the schedule date & gift message?
During the Checkout process there is a list box for selecting the delivery date & time and text box to enter the gift message.
18. Whether midnight delivery is available?
Midnight delivery is available for major cities, however we request you to call the customer service 9600052721 before placing the order.
19. Whether same day delivery is available?
Yes, same day delivery is available for Flowers, cakes, sweets, savouries, cadburies & ferrero rocher chocolates, combo gifts. However during the festivals and occations like Newyear, Valentines day, Mother's day, Rakshabandan, Durga Pooja, Diwali, Christmas one day advance order is required. For all other products including product delivery from other region same day delivery is not applicable.
20. Do I have to pay any additional amount for the midnight delivery?
Yes, you can find the link at Gifts categorie.
21. Do you deliver to locations outside India?
Sorry, at present, we will deliver the product only within India.
22. Whether the product will be delivered on Sunday, Holidays & Festivals?
Sendcakesroses works on all 365 days and the product such us Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, Savouries, Chocolates, Small Teddy will be delivered on all days including Sundays, Holidays & Festivals unless there is a reason beyond our control such us curfew, strikes, safety, violence, natural disaster.
23. Where the product will be purchased?
The product such us Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, Savouries, Chocolates, Small Teddy bear will be purchased at the delivery location. All other products including products selected from other region, shall be purchased through our head office, chennai and same shall be couriered.
24. How the products will be delivered?
The product such us Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, Savouries, Chocolates, Small Teddy will be hand delivered. All other products including product from other region and personalize chocolate will be delivered through courier.
25. Whether the product delivered will be same as displayed in your website?
The product such us Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, Savouries, Chocolates, Small Teddy bear images are indicative in nature. The actual product may vary in size, shape, colour & design without compromising on the quality. For all other product we will deliver as shown in the website.
26. What you will be doing if the product ordered is not available?
One of our Customer Service representatives will call the Customer / Receiver or Email us for the non availability of product and request/suggest for any change in the product. If there is no response either from the customer / receiver and on any shortage of time we will be process the order for the product such as Flowers, Cake, Sweets, Savouries, Chocolates to the best availability and equivalent value without compromise on the quality.
27. Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?
Your Order value must be more than Rs.300/- per transaction
28. How do I contact you if there is any change in the Order, change of delivery address, date, time?

29. How to know the status of my order?

30. How do I know that my Product has been delivered?
You will be getting a delivery confirmation email as soon as the product is delivered and same shall be updated in your customer account. Alternatively you can call our Customer Service +91-9600052721 between 10am to 8pm Indian Standard Time or email us email@example.com mentioning your Order number and one of our Customer Service representative will help you to provide about your order delivery status.
31. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Yes, you can cancel the order immediately after the payment by calling our Customer Service at +91-9600052721 or otherwise you can cancel the order 24hours before the shipment. You will get 100% for the cancelled order if the Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payment is not captured. For the captured payment you will be getting 90% refund of your amount.
32. Can I cancel my order after shipment?
We won’t entertain cancellation of order after shipment.
34. When I will get the refund for the cancelled order / difference in amount for the partial order delivery?
The amount will be refunded within 5 to 20 business days from the date of receiving the refund email for the cancelled order / difference in amount for the partial order delivery.
35. If the amount is not refunded what I have to do?

37. What if I am not satisfied with the product after the delivery?
Sendcakesroses offer high value to our Customers and only quality products will be delivered. However, we allow returns if the product is defective or damaged and returned to us in original packing. In such cases, please email or phone us and log a complaint within 24-48 hours after receiving the product.
